An hybrid stone fruit from Family Tree Farms composed of 75% apricot and 25% plum. The flesh is dense like an apricot but with a bit more juiciness (though nowhere juicy as a ripe plum). Apriums are extremely sweet and their skin is gold with some red blushing. These apricots are packaged in 2lb baskets, with 12 per case, making them perfect for retail.
