There's almost something "meaty" to how this instant Fall-classic hand-sized squash smells coming out of the oven. Resembling a "headless" KinderNut squash, Lodi is also extraordinarily nutty with less butternut flavor and much more of a pumpkin flavor. The thin skin an unexpected treat after roasting the squash at a high temperature while the creamy, velvety texture is starchy and never grainy. Mini size is ~180-240g, ~3" diameter each. Recommended single-serve.
